Terms of service

By placing an order with Bin ID Co., you agree to the following terms:

Orders: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Custom orders are confirmed once payment is received.

Pricing: All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

Custom products: You are responsible for ensuring all details are correct, Business name and address, and specifications submitted are correct. Bin ID Co. is not liable for errors in customer-supplied information.

Installation: Installation services are carried out by Bin ID Co personnel at an extra price of $2.99 per bin. at agreed dates and locations. Site access must be arranged by the customer.

Intellectual property: Any designs created by Bin ID Co. remain our property until full payment is received.

Limitation of liability: Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
